All artwork at Haus Western is made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at howdy@hauswestern.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In these cases, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Haus Western is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If you experience a delivery issue, please reach out and we’ll do our best to assist.
