All artwork at Haus Western is made to order and produced specifically for each purchase.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Once your artwork has been carefully produced and packaged, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Haus Western ships within the continental United States only.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping is included on all standard-size orders.

Custom or oversized pieces may require additional shipping fees. Shipping costs for these items are quoted individually based on size and destination

Delivery Times

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location, though delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. 

Packaging

All artwork is professionally packaged to ensure it arrives safely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at howdy@hauswestern.com with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or a refund.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Haus Western is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.
